I believe that great ideas become meaningful only when they are turned into action.

My journey has taken me across the worlds of entrepreneurship, education, international development, project management, and organizational development. Along the way, I have worked with aspiring entrepreneurs, students, professionals, educational institutions, international development projects, and community organizations—all connected by one question:

How can we help people and organizations turn their potential into meaningful opportunities?

I bring a unique combination of practical experience and international perspective. My professional journey includes involvement in international development initiatives and projects connected with organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, and Michigan State University, as well as experience in education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and organizational capacity building.

Today, my work and interests sit at the intersection of entrepreneurship, education, employment, leadership, and community development.

Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Action

Entrepreneurship has always been more than starting a business for me. It is about recognizing opportunities, solving problems, building confidence, and helping people transform ideas into action.

Over the years, I have supported aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and professionals through entrepreneurship education, mentoring, business guidance, and practical training. My experience has allowed me to work with people at different stages of their journeys—from those exploring an idea for the first time to individuals working to develop their professional or entrepreneurial path.

I enjoy asking the questions that help bring clarity:

What problem are you trying to solve? Who needs your solution? What resources do you already have? And what is stopping you from taking the next step?

Sometimes, the biggest opportunity is not finding a completely new idea. It is seeing an existing problem from a different perspective.

Education as a Pathway to Opportunity

As an educator and mentor, I have worked with students and professionals to connect learning with the real world.

I am particularly interested in a challenge that I believe is becoming increasingly important:

How do we move beyond education as the transfer of knowledge and create stronger connections between learning, employment, entrepreneurship, and real-world opportunities?

This interest has shaped much of my work. Whether teaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops, or working with organizations, I focus on practical learning, helping people develop not only knowledge, but also the confidence and ability to apply it.

I believe educational institutions, employers, entrepreneurs, mentors, and community organizations all have an important role to play in creating stronger pathways for people to succeed.

An International Perspective

My experience in international development has given me the opportunity to understand how education, institutions, leadership, economic development, and human potential are interconnected.

Through projects and initiatives involving organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, and Michigan State University, I have developed an appreciation for the complexity of creating sustainable change.

Every community and country has different challenges. However, some questions are universal:

How do we create opportunities for people?
How do we strengthen institutions and organizations?
How do we develop the skills needed for a changing economy?
How do we turn research, education, and policy into meaningful action?

These experiences continue to shape the way I approach projects, partnerships, and problem-solving today.

Leadership, Organizational Development, and Project Management

My academic and professional development reflects my belief that meaningful impact requires both vision and execution.

I hold an MBA and am a Project Management Professional (PMP). I have also pursued advanced education and professional development in evaluation and research through Claremont Graduate University, as well as leadership and sustainable development through UNITAR.

These experiences have strengthened my interest in organizational development, leadership, strategy, evaluation, and the systems that help organizations move from ideas to measurable results.

I enjoy working at the point where different perspectives come together bringing people, organizations, and ideas into the same conversation to identify practical solutions.
